SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A. drjart.com is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A. Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our toll-free number 1-800-814-6670 between the hours of 8am - 10pm ET, Monday - Friday and 10am - 6pm ET, Saturday & Sunday. We will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order is processing we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q: What happens if my package is damaged?
A. If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-814-6670 for assistance.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Dr.Jart+ Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item (s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at drjart.com, please click here for step by step directions. Please note that us.drjart.com eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do you test on animals?
Dr.Jart+ has a strong belief that cosmetic animal testing is not necessary and should be eliminated worldwide. We do not test on animals and our company is helping to bring about change in countries where animal testing is conducted on cosmetics as required by law.
Q: Where can I buy Dr.Jart+ Products?
A. Dr.Jart+ products are available at selected locations across the US. And of course, if you are a US resident, you can shop online at drjart.com.
Q: Why is my favorite product discontinued? Can I still purchase it?
A. Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Q: Can you send me samples?
A. Yes! Customers may receive a free sample of your choice with every purchase. We also offer samples periodically during special offers.

If you use AOL:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3. The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up.
Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click "Save".
If you use Yahoo:
1. Open the email message
2. Click the "Add to Address Book" link on the far right.
3. The address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.
If you use Hotmail:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.
If you use MSN:
1. Open the email message.

3. Select the check box next to the address you want to save. You can also make changes to the contact information.
